As part of a £5.5m city-wide investment to transform its branch network, ‘Warwickshire Shopping Park’ is the first new premises in 16 years for Coventry Building Society.Tasked with creating a modern and customer-friendly environment that could also cope with high levels of footfall expected from a retail space, pHp Architects took Allen International's design forward and implemented it throughout the branch network.

FED Restaurant Cardiff

Amtico Signature brought a high quality style solution to a new 300-seater restaurant. The diverse colours, textures and shapes made it the obvious choice for adding a touch of unique flavour. Five design types were brought together to achieve the individual look.
Frederick's, London

Located in Islington, Frederick’s has been established since 1969. A family-owned restaurant and bar, Frederick’s offers a multi-functional space from private dining to weddings. Mackenzie Wheeler Architects were brought in to refresh the space, and it proudly re-opened in early 2025.The floor design incorporates the best of both worlds, from a classic wood finish to a vibrant bespoke geometric finish. Greeting customers is a beautifully finished bold design, using a palette of blues which is balanced with softer neutral tones and complemented with rich, red wood details. The overall effect is a warm inviting environment which is bursting with charm.
Heriot-Watt University

Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, is the eighth oldest higher education institute in the UK and Scotland’s most international university.
When it set about refurbishing Café Brio, which sits at the heart of the campus, the university chose the Amtico Signature collection. The vibrant colours and laying patterns proved the ideal way to give the space a much-needed makeover.
Heythrop Park Hotel

Heythrop Park Hotel is a stunning Grade II* Listed property, it is set within 440 acres of parkland located in the idyllic Cotswolds. Design agency DesignLSM spearheaded the redesign of the property for Warner Leisure ahead of the hotel’s grand re-opening, the brief was to retain the beautiful architecture while modernising the estate to enhance the overall guest experience.
KFC, Thorpe Park

Step foot into KFC at Thorpe Park for this jaw-dropping transformation. A fun ‘Jaws’ theme was the brief for this vibrant design, whilst maintaining KFC’s recognisable branding and heritage. With a giant shark crashing through the ceiling and a boat hung from the rafters, you’ll be ready to ring your own dinner bell.Located in Thorpe Park’s Amity Cove, this refurbishment not only boasts an immersive and impactful design, but also the practical considerations of a busy restaurant with Spacia Safety - Amtico’s enhanced slip resistant flooring, which is guaranteed for the product’s lifetime. This is the perfect solution for areas more exposed to potential spills.
Laufsteg Office - Germany

Popular German fashion store Laufsteg has transformed its interiors using Amtico Signature. Extended over two floors, the new store opted for two Amtico Signature laying patterns: Key Stone Small and Polygon Key Mini. This impressive floor design combines different tones over the 500sqm space to create a luxurious look and feel. Lee & Thompson Office - London

When legal firm Lee & Thompson chose to update and rebrand its office headquarters, the company consulted interior design experts Thirdway to transform the tired, dated space into a practical and inspiring commercial environment. The resulting contemporary workspace was given a high-end twist usually associated with a ‘members-only club’, with Amtico’s Signature LVT flooring providing the finishing touch.

NFU Mutual in Tiddington has undergone a welcoming redesign with a new, inviting reception and breakout areas throughout for both employees and visitors to enjoy. D3 Design Ltd were tasked with three phases of redesign for breakout spaces within the NFU (National Farmers' Union) Mutual Headquarters in Tiddington. Their brief was to create an environment which felt welcoming and relaxed by incorporating rustic chic design using elements inspired by raw materials.

Puma House

Puma is a German multinational corporation and the third largest sportswear manufacturer in the world.Puma decided to install Amtico Spacia Plaza Concrete across the 3300 sqm space. The combination of evenly coloured, pale greys with a smooth texture creates versatility and durability at the same time.Our Concrete product also removes the challenges presented by poured surfaces and heavy ceramics – offering instead a floor that can be laid quickly and used immediately.
Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham

Dove is Ramside Hall Hotel’s latest luxury treehouse, situated within the woodland adjacent to the 18th fairway of The Prince Bishops golf course in Durham. The rustic interiors feature Amtico LVT wood flooring from the Signature collection, chosen for its design-led aesthetics, colour palettes and durability to withstand heavy footfall, while still maintaining a fresh and new look.
Royal Albert Docks case study

Situated in East London, Royal Albert Dock is an exciting regeneration project worth £1.7bn. The new commercial district boasts 4.7 million sq ft of office, residential, retail and leisure spaces. The finished office building boasts a welcoming design with zoned areas in Amtico LVT and carpet to sensitively balance wellness in the workplace with efficiency.
Royal Albert Hall

The glamorous and newly reopened North Bar can be found on the third floor of the world famous Royal Albert Hall. This light, open and spacious venue offers stunning views over the Albert Memorial – a backdrop which also provided the inspiration for the new Amtico flooring design.
The renovation of the 100m2 floor area needed to make impact and create an eye-catching feature so a bespoke pattern was designed. It laid over the top of the original flooring to preserve it and protect from damage.
Santander

The new Santander Work Café in Jersey is the banking institution’s first major high street location in the Channel Islands. The banking space is designed to provide customers with a better experience in a comfortable and open environment and is the work of Santander’s in-house architects, Jose Miguel Perez Tallon and Ruben Sesmero Blanco. They worked with fit-out contractor Style Shopfitting, to specify Amtico Signature LVT, which was fitted by Marett Floorcraft. When considering the design for the new Work Café, Santander’s in-house architect team wanted to experiment with a new floor pattern to bring together the informal meeting and co-working spaces on the ground and first floors. Amtico produced a bespoke version of its Aspekt laying pattern, using shards of Signature in Worn Oak, Solar Pine and Exposed Concrete for an ultramodern and urban look to inspire visitors, create specific zones and link the two floors of the building. The design blends into Worn Oak, laid in Stripwood, to aid wayfinding and subtly connect different areas while complementing the colour scheme.
Smeg HQ, Oxfordshire

The Smeg UK headquarters in Abingdon is home to an impressive showroom, which displays more than 500 of the brand’s appliances for both trade and consumer visitors.When Smeg set about refurbishing the showroom, it wasn’t just in need of hardwearing and durable flooring to replace the existing curled loose lay tiles. The space also needed a beautiful design to complement the brand’s many product collections on display; enter Amtico with a contemporary alternative. The redesign saw the main areas of the showroom fitted with Spacia LVT in Sun Bleached Oak and Gallery Concrete.

The Exchange, Glasgow

Located in the heart of Glasgow, The Exchange is a stunning Grade A-listed building in the Royal Exchange Square, which has been recently refurbished and now serves as an exclusive and luxurious event space.Amtico Signature, with its versatility, has been used throughout to complement the finish and character of each space; from the industrial style of The Print Room to the opulent finish of The Gallery, all provide a beautiful backdrop for any event.
The Funky Monk

Eclectic and enticing, The Funky Monk in Durham is part of the luxury hotel group Ramside Estate. The design team at Space ID were enlisted to transform the lavish interiors for the five serviced apartments. The brief was based on a fictional monk character who lived hundreds of years ago, created by the team, and required flooring that looked traditional but with a modern twist.
The Grange Primary School

Banbury, Oxfordshire, which educates over
three hundred children between the ages
of four and eleven. With so many students,
the school needed a durable flooring

One of Sydney’s leading suburban hotels. The Royal Hotel Randwick is a historic building that was built by Thomas Browne in 1887 to serve the growing settlement, and which has now been heritage-listed by the National Trust of Australia.Fumed Oak from our Signature collection was used throughout the dining area in a Herringbone Plank laying pattern.
Tillermans, Greenford Quay

Greenford Quay in West London is the first large-scale UK build-to-rent development for Greystar. The community-focused development offers four apartment sizes – from studio to three bedrooms - each with an effortlessly stylish décor complete with modern furnishings and fittings, including Amtico Spacia LVT flooring.
University of Bristol

Beacon House is a landmark 1850s Grade II listed building in Clifton, Bristol. Acquired by the University in 2014, it has undergone a complete redevelopment, transforming it into a state-of-the- art central study and learning hub with a new public reception point for the University, and a stylish café.
Amtico Signature finishes were chosen not only to be exciting and attractive, but also highly durable, slip resistant (R10 classification) and allow Beacon House’s staff to easily clean the areas, with a simple schedule to maintain the flooring’s high visual impact.

With a daily footfall of almost 1000 people spread over the 2500m2 of the
convention centre and 600m2 of the business centre, the new space at City Center Vieux-Port underwent a redesign
and renovation to accommodate a busy
office environment.
