Removable davit designed to suspend a worker to carry out maintenance or cleaning work on a facade. The davit can be used by a rope access specialist, by a RopeClimber chair or by a single Ropeclimber cradle. The davit is fixed to the roof with sockets installed permanently on the perimeter of the building. At the end of the work, the davit is dismantled and stored.

A SafeAccess C rail has been seamlessly concealed within the ceiling architecture, ensuring that the system remains virtually invisible to the building’s occupants and visitors. This discreet integration allows for uninterrupted visual harmony and architectural continuity, while still providing a fully functional and certified solution for safe and efficient suspended maintenance operations. The design prioritizes both aesthetics and practicality, making it ideal for spaces where maintaining a clean, unobtrusive appearance is essential—such as lobbies, atriums, and high-end commercial environments.

The Garagum Project is the first multi-use hotel and business center of the region. Project designers drew inspiration from the Karakum Desert, one of the largest deserts on earth, in which there’s Karakum Canal, world’s largest water supply canal. Garagum covers a construction area of 68,900 sqm, with 28,573 sqm indoor, and will rise eight floors including the technical floor. Portrayed as one of the “most special” projects in the area thanks to its architecture, luxury and location, Garagum also features a shopping mall, a 150-seat restaurant, meeting rooms, SPA and gym. The roof build-up will get multiple layers and a functional freeform standing seam surface, which additionally get an optical smooth rainscreen cladding. The 3D form will get the final smooth floating design by using an adjustable and parametrically engineered sub-construction structure, which brings the segmented shape of the primary construction to a smooth curved appearance. The freeform standing seam system has been tailor-made. To ensure the safe maintenance of the central dome and roof, Fallprotec designed and supplied fall arrest rails and anchor points. Thanks to this customized solution, workers can now evolve safely even on strong sloped surfaces. 

Large glass facades bring a lot of natural light inside the building. They are equipped with walkways on each floor. Fallprotec supplied a complete system to reach safely any point on the building. Fixed SafeLadders are integrated in the sunshades to enable access to the walkway levels. SecuRail Pro tracks are fixed on the underside of the walkway. The aluminium rail integrates perfectly with the aesthetics of the building and the trolley follows the user effortlessly. On the surfaces, a network of SecuRope on posts allows the user to work on the roofs while remaining in safety at all times.

SafeAccess rails are installed on the top of each tower and are equipped with NAV1 trolleys with a drive belt. A bespoke two people cradle is used to reach any point of the façade. It is equipped with special bumpers to pass the sunshades without applying high pressure on them. Bespoke steel brackets are integrated into the building’s facades.

A SafeAccess rail along with the RopeClimber system has been successfully installed and employed to facilitate the maintenance of the vegetation on a vertical green wall. This innovative solution enables workers to safely and efficiently access the entire surface of the wall, ensuring that the plants receive the necessary care and upkeep without the need for traditional scaffolding or heavy equipment.

The setup on the building’s façade was expertly configured to facilitate suspended rope access, utilizing the Securail Pro fall arrest and rope access rail system. This advanced system was installed along the façade, ensuring safe and efficient access for maintenance personnel performing abseiling tasks. The system provides a secure and stable track for the abseiling technicians, allowing for seamless movement and precise positioning while suspended at height.
