The Arnold Road project in Bow, East London, is a £24.5 million residential development for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, focused on increasing affordable housing in the city.As part of this project, we delivered hundreds of metres of horizontal masonry support and restraints. We also provided stone supports for the Colonnade. Through proactive collaboration with the Contractor, Engineer, Bricklayers, and Stonemasons, we ensured all trades were aligned well before design approval deadlines.The Stone Support was a complex challenge that Firma had to overcome and provide an effective solution for. Through a series of workshops and discussions, this interfacing challenge was soon resolved, providing a simple process for the customer.

FIRMA® were appointed by Berkeley St George to deliver the full masonry support package at The Green Quarter – two blocks and townhouses. This project, part of the next phase of works, has recently commenced, and we are proud to bring our comprehensive in-house design and manufacturing capabilities to the table.Our expertise in Masonry Support Angles, Windpost systems, and Single-Leaf Lintels ensures that we can meet the unique demands of this development. With regular weekly design meetings, we have stayed true to our promise of providing a single point of contact.
