The Durley Environmental Innovation Hub is a ground-breaking concept – an inspiring, new public education destination dedicated to achieving a step-change in reducing waste and eliminating single-use packaging along Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole’s beautiful seafront. The project also had minimum impact on the surrounding area, taking influence from the local environment and the heritage of the site.

This large terrace project has now been completed utilising ICB’s Fleet PMMA Liquid Waterproofing system to create a tile effect leaving a stunning finish which is of course fully watertight.

A wide range of ICB’s roofing solutions have been installed across eight roofs at the new Scientia Academy in Burton-on-Trent – reinforcing the company’s unrivalled reputation for delivering multi-component roofing systems under a single point guarantee. Working with main contractor Seddon and specialist contractor Stoneleigh Roofing Services, ICB supplied over 2,500m2 of roofing materials. The comprehensive solution included the award-winning EVALON® V waterproofing membrane and Evatherm A Tapered Insulation, as well as Evagreen green roof and Inventux Solar PV system to cut the building’s energy costs.

In total 4000 square metres of Alwitra VSK was used, along with ICB Solafix Bars and approximately 4000 square metres of PIR insulation, mainly tapered on the following roof areas.
