Innovaré Offsite specialises in offsite construction using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and are the only UK SIP manufacturer who design, engineer, manufacture, supply and install their own panelised solutions.

The UK company was launched in 2007 and has an impressive track record of delivery, both on our own projects and in partnership with developers and main contractors.

At our specialist mmc manufacturing facility in Coventry, manufacturing disciplines and streamlined production processes deliver greater speed and efficiency.

Building prefabricated high-performance panels that are designed with load bearing capacity, structural integrity, thermal performance, fire resistance and acoustic performance and provides a complete dry structure. This leads to fewer concessions and opens more opportunities for clever value engineering with a quicker speed of build than traditional construction replacing a traditional steel or concrete structure with a lightweight timber frame and panels which include internal and external walls, floors and roofs.

Innovaré Offsite's fire resistance testing sets the standard for LowCarbon + FireSafe timber-based construction.

Innovaré Offsite's fire testing programme at the world’s only 5m fully loaded test facility in Dubai has taken the LowCarbon+FireSafe i-FAST sustainable panelised timber structural insulated panel systems, to new heights.

This rigorous testing process and substantial investment in fire safety tests undertaken in Dubai by Innovaré Offsite over the past year provides assurance to building specifiers, owners and end users alike.

Why Dubai?

The landscape of our industry is changing for the better. The new building safety culture underpinned by the Building Safety Act 2022 as its core means Clients, Principal Designers, and Principal Contractors all have new responsibilities and duties.

As a UK manufacturer Innovaré Offsite is committed to supporting duty holders to fulfil their obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022. Through undertaking fire resistance testing to BS EN 1365-1 (loaded fire resistance testing) Innovaré Offsite provides evidence-based fire resistance data to underpin building specifications.  

Responding to the developing needs of designers and to reflect the typical wall heights Innovaré Offsite has tested at UKAS accredited test laboratories outside the UK in larger rigs up to 5m in height.

Innovaré Offsite’s previous loadbearing fire resistance testing undertaken in the UK was limited to 3m due to maximum available rig heights. This proven test data puts Innovaré Offsite ahead of the field providing clients with balance of Low Carbon + Fire Safe solutions.
