· Mandik were delighted to be a part of this impressive development, consisting of more than 450,000ft² of Grade A BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ office space· We were chosen to provide over 500 dampers for this project, a combination of Fire Dampers, and Smoke Control Dampers 

A 16,000sq ft, 18-storey office building. Targeting sustainability and well-being at work, the project comprises 16 floors of Cat A office space, with light and airy interiors, and access to communal and cycle changing facilities. · Mandik were selected to provide Fire Dampers, Smoke Control Dampers and a Smoke Control system entirely compliant to BS ISO 21927-9· The provided Mandik control system includes a panel capable of monitoring and controlling both Fire and Smoke Control Dampers with an easy to navigate touch screen interface· The selected Mandik Smoke Control Damper, the SEDM and MTS Control Panel have full MA capabilities with Fireman’s override switches clearly displayed on the panel door· Mandik’s addressable system includes protected addressable interfaces in the field, furnace tested to meet BS EN 1366-10 MA requirements, significantly reducing cabling requirements· The Mandik Fire Damper range have been tested in an array of standard and non-standard construction elements such as CLT, Fire Barrer EN, shaftwalls and many more.
