Polytan's commitment to "Green Technology" includes products labeled GT, initially emphasizing renewable raw materials and now incorporating recycled materials. Poligras Tokyo GT, for instance, uses biobased plastic from sugar cane by-products. LigaTurf Cross GT zero is the world's first carbon-neutral synthetic turf. PolyTan is also introducing products with post-consumer recycled (PCR) material, identified by an R in the name, using energy-efficient mechanical recycling processes. Rekortan BS / B2S

Rekortan BS is a cost-effective all-rounder for athletics use. The
structural spray-coated surface is primarily used for running tracks,
run-up tracks and other athletics facilities. The B2S, which has a
thicker top layer, also has a structured surface. As well as being
water-permeable, it offers the benefit of quick and easy installation.
Rekortan SES / SL

Rekortan SES and Rekortan SL are the perfect choice for heavily
used sports facilities. Rekortan SES is especially suitable for use
on running tracks and run-up tracks. The base layer consists of
colour-coordinated EPDM granules to match the appearance
of the structured wear coat. Rekortan SL is a three-layered surface
with a middle layer that is colour-coordinated with the structured
wear coat. It is primarily used in stress zones. Both synthetic
surfaces are made of high-quality raw materials that ensure
a durable surface and long-lasting attractive appearance.

Rekortan AS GT provides a sustainable alternative to conventional poured coatings for running tracks. This permeable system meets all the requirements for competitive running tracks and multi-purpose facilities. It's a water-based, spray-coated surface, adding to Polytan's Green Technology portfolio.
Rekortan AS GT is not only quick to install but also visually striking. It introduces the option of a special chili red color, in addition to standard blue colors, without the need for additional sealing. Thanks to an optimized formula, UV-sensitive colors like blue can be used without extra sealing, saving both time and money.

PolySeal

PolySeal is a protective surface sealer offered by Polytan, designed to effectively safeguard running tracks and sports surfaces from damage caused by daily and improper use, including events and concerts. It doesn't compromise the original synthetic properties of the surface, allowing it to maintain its initial quality.
PolySeal is a low-viscosity, abrasion-resistant PU coating that can be easily applied via spraying or rolling onto the existing synthetic surface, including structured surfaces. It increases abrasion resistance, reduces dirt accumulation, eases cleaning, and provides UV protection to enhance the surface's appearance. It can be applied to newly installed surfaces or existing ones.
