In August 2024, the Gemello® Revive system transformed the former Fluorocarbon site in Caxton Hill, Hertfordshire, into modern offices and a warehouse.Originally founded in the 1960s for processing PTFE and high-performance polymers, the site now boasts enhanced thermal efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Gemello® Revive's innovative overclad roof solution integrates seamlessly with existing structures, providing improved energy performance and sustainability. This project exemplifies how historical industrial sites can be revitalized to meet contemporary needs, blending heritage with modern functionality.
