Multipoint lock, self-locking, panic B.
For main and side entrance doors with mechanically controlled lever handle operation in residential and commercial buildings.
Multipoint lock, self-locking, panic B. The panic B function with split lock follower and separated lever handle control (outside/ inside) offers the combination of access control and escape route. Access is controlled by permanently coupling/ decoupling the outside lever handle via the cylinder. The solid construction is designed to withstand the highest shearing forces and counterforces in accordance with DIN EN 15685. This allows for construction of door systems with up to RC3 resistance class. Coupling (decoupling) the outside lever handle: turn the key in opening direction (closing direction) until the drawback position.
Note: The cylinder screw is not centred in the forend. To determine the cylinder lengths: centre of forend = centre of lock cylinder. Do not use asymmetric cylinders with «L-cam». Do not use a reduction sleeve for the follower/square spindle. No external, mechanical bolt switch contact is recommended. Only use the 5920 HESO panic-spindle. Mount lever handles rotatably-fixed on plates/ rosettes (easyfix®).
