Manufactured from Grade 1.4301 (304) Austenitic stainless steel, these high chromium steels are ductile, strong, non-magnetic and can be readily formed and welded. Higher strengths can be obtained by cold working.

The 12 x 2 mm corrugated body provides optimum bond in a 12 x 90 mm hole. The 50 x 3 mm dowel is supplied loose. Ancon 2000: These restraint fixings are simple and secure method of fixing thin facing slabs (20-40 mm). Ancon Push-Off Bolt: This fixing provides the centre of stone panels with additional resistance to the effects of impact loads, blast loads and positive wind pressure. Its mechanical expander fixes securely into the inner leaf while the neoprene pad cushions the external stone panel and prevents rattling. Lengths to suit cavities from 100-200 mm. Wire ties: WTA, WTB, WTC and WTD - Manufactured from 3 and 5 mm diameter wire for the fixing of thin marble. |
