Cold liquid-applied balcony and walkway system suitable for new build and refurbishment applications.

Description

Cold liquid-applied, cold roof system suitable for new build, refurbishment and green roof applications. It is compatible with most existing waterproofing products, making it suitable for use as an overlay system. The system is appropriate for both new build or refurbishment applications for cold, warm, and inverted roof constructions. The system can be used as exposed roof waterproofing or as a roof terrace when protected by hard landscaping as well as extensive and intensive green roof systems. The system can be used in zero falls applications in protected roof situations.

It is solvent, isocyanate and halogen-free, minimizing its environmental impact. Colour: Clear. Coverage: 0.4 kg/m² (minimum). Application temperature: 0–35°C. Application method: Roller. Type	LiquiBALKON. Guidance for specification option: A fast-curing wateproofing resin, for use on the main flat area of the LiquiTEC Balcony / Walkway System, beneath the Quartz layer or other hard landscaping elements. It is a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)-based resin that requires a catalyst and is solvent, isocyanate and halogen-free. Colour: Pebble grey (RAL 7032). Coverage: 3 kg/m² (minimum). Application temperature: 0–35°C. Application method: Roller. Rainproof time: 30–90 minutes. Overcoat/ traffic time: 45–180 minutes.
Reinforcement	Bauder 110 g/m² reinforcement fleece.
System accessories	Not required. Bauder GRP Trim Angle Guidance for specification option: Important note: To be used on parapets and perimeter kerbs over 200 mm in width – must not be used on its own as a check kerb.
