Application

Suitable for roofs 1.5–70° pitch.

Description

BEMO standing seam aluminium panel on various height GFK halters; 20 mm spacer pads (if required) fixed to various height top-hat sections, through the vapour control layer to deck.

End and side laps

Guidance for specification option:

  • Side laps of sheets to be stitched together with rivets.
  • Side laps must be stitched as each adjacent sheet is laid.
  • Minimum 65 mm to coincide with purlin / support position. Subject to project engineering requirements.

Manufacturer guidance

Lay as work proceeds ensuring continuity with reflective side facing the interior of the building. Vertical and horizontal overlaps should be a minimum of 150 mm.

Seal all edges of overlaps and perimeter with the appropriate VCL tape (as recommended by BEMO).
