Thanks to the natural fire resistance of concrete, our floor tiles hold an A1 fire rating, classifying them as non-combustible and ensuring they contribute no fuel to the spread of fire. Designed for durability and longevity, all Living Concrete GRC floor tiles are crafted from premium materials and are available in a wide variety of colours and finishes to meet the demands of any architectural or design project.

Recommended adhesives/ fixings:

• Mapei Keraquick S2 adhesive mixed with Latex Plus Admix and Mapei flexible grout suitable for use with 10 mm trowel. Installation should be made with a double layer (smooth trowel on the tile and 10 mm notched trowel on the floor). Grout: Mapei flexible grout or other good quality tile grout.
• Use Ditra Mat underlay where there is a risk of surface movement, e.g. with the application of new concrete screeds.
• Grout: Mapei flexible grout or other good quality tile grout.

Recommended surface protection:

• Hydrophobic sealer (satin).
• POLIFAN PU K14 (matt, satin, gloss).
