Description

A convenient and comfortable, horizontally motorized sliding roof access hatch that measures 1200 x 3500 mm. The 6° inclination ensures excellent natural water and dirt drainage. The motorized opening roof exit benefits from enhanced isothermal characteristics in the overall construction – this results in no condensation whilst achieving maximum energy efficiency and thermal insulation alongside excellent air tightness values.

Thermally broken “isothermally balanced” frame free of thermal bridges combined with triple glazing as standard to save heating costs and minimize condensation.
6° inclination to allow water and dirt to run off naturally.
Horizontally opening by a built-in rack drive creating comfortable access to the roof. Delivered as fully pre-assembled unit, which can be crane lifted (not by LAMILUX) into position, for quick and easy installation on site.
