Description

The Flat Roof Access Swing, from the LAMILUX Comfort range, is a space saving roof access hatch which swings open to 84° swiftly in approximately just 25 seconds. It is available with a choice of 2 lengths – 3000 mm or 3500 mm, and measures 1000 mm wide in either length option. Suitable as a convenient and comfortable horizontally opening roof access for stair access to the roof terrace, the hydraulically opening Roof Access Hatch benefits from enhanced isothermal characteristics in the overall construction – this results in no condensation whilst achieving maximum energy efficiency and thermal insulation alongside excellent air tightness values.

5° inclination to allow water and dirt to run off naturally leaving no dirty edges.
Smooth and fast opening by hydraulic drive creating comfortable and convenient stair (by others) access to the roof terrace in approximately 25 seconds.
Delivered as fully pre-assembled unit, which can be crane lifted (not by LAMILUX) into position.

Control	Electrically-operated hydraulic unit (230 V or 24 V). Guidance for specification option: During standard operation, the power unit is supplied with a voltage of 24 V by a power supply unit. The batteries are automatically charged if required. In case of failure of the 230 V line voltage, the power unit is automatically operated with the 24 V voltage of the batteries. The capacity of the batteries is sufficient for approximately 20 openings of the sash. The failure of the line voltage (battery operation) is indicated by a warning light in the limit switch case.
