Acoustic system for block cavity walls.
Suitable for use in new build, conversion and refurbishment developments where a block stud wall is used. Can be used in domestic, commercial and public buildings.
The HD1056 Block Acoustic Cavity Wall System is ideal for soundproofing cavity walls in new build, conversion and refurbishment projects.
A simple yet tried and tested acoustic system, it creates a dense block cavity masonry wall with excellent acoustic performance due to the mass of the blocks and the clear 100mm cavity, working together with Soundbloc plasterboard sealed with Hush Acoustic Sealant.
This combination works together to deliver an effective result that is compliant with all relevant UK Building Regulations - Approved Document E (England & Wales), Section 5 (Scotland) and Part G (Northern Ireland).
