Details:

IAE’s Zebex perimeter fencing system is comprised of steel weldmesh panels clipped to steel posts.

Standard panel heights of 1800mm, 2000mm and 2400mm are available.

The weldmesh panels are made up of pre-galvanized and powder coated vertical and horizontal wires. The horizontal wires are 5mm diameter and vertical wires 4mm diameter. 

The vertical wires are staggered to give a striped effect, providing a more interesting look versus standard weldmesh perimeter fencing systems.

The panel includes ‘v’ profiles pressed horizontally across the panel to increase the stiffness of the panel.

The panels are supplied with 60x60 square hollow section posts which are installed at 3030mm centres when installing on level ground.

The panels are fitted using IAE fencing clips secured with security fasteners screwed into countersunk inserts supplied fitted inside the posts.

The posts include stepping holes at 50mm and 100mm spacing to allowing full width panels to be installed on an incline up to 2 degrees. The fencing can be installed on steeper gradients by reducing the spacing of the posts and cutting panels to suit.

Gates:

Gates for the Zebex system are also available.

1200mm wide pedestrian gates are available from stock.

2000mm wide gate leaves are also stock, which can be used to make 4000mm wide double leaf vehicle access gates.

Bespoke gate leaves allowing for double leaf gates up to 16m can be designed and manufactured to order.
