Vertically or horizontally laid louvre profile wall cladding system.


Features and benefits:

  • Exclusive profile shape to create a traditional louvre appearance.
  • Available with fully integrated BSRIA-tested 'live louvres' as single and/ or double bank types.
  • Roll-formed in lengths up to 10 m for fewer joints and very accurate profiles.
  • Available in aluminium, steel or Cor-Ten in a range of finishes:
  • Aluminium: PPC, Armacoil™ HDP, anodized, PUF, Stucco-Embossed Mill-Finish (SEMF) and Smooth Mill Finish (MF).
  • Steel: APL PUF, PPC, PRISMA, LeatherGrain (LG) Plastisol and plain galvanized finishes.
  • Cor-Ten: Unweathered.
  • Available perforated as an economic alternative to live louvres.
  • Available as a fire-resistance rated insulated system assembly when combined with APL Tritherm™ Spacer System, with simple system upgrades for improved fire resistance performance.
  • A1 fire-rated coatings available.
  • Available as Airwall™ - perforated.
  • Available with coating warranties up to 40 years including in marine environments.

Thickness as required to meet U-value requirement with minimum lambda of 0.040 for all calculation purposes:

  • Cladding rails: With maximum 33 kg/m³ type, use P211/ Insulation Pins with P534 Washer at three per m³, bonded to liner sheet with P663 adhesive.
  • SFS/ blockwork/ timber - With maximum 33 kg/m³ type, use P211/Insulation Pins with P534 at three per m² fixed to P618 Tophat.
  • Where Rainscreen-Type (e.g. Duoslab) is used, use P211/DS/SS/70 in centres and P211/DS/PL/7/25 at each board perimeter, fixed back with P191/HH fixing.
