Description

Melamine faced panel covering with a choice of core, with Sanitized® grade antibacterial coating applied.

  • Bending strength (to EN 310): Chipboard, standard: 9.5–11 N/mm²; chipboard, fire retardant: 9.5–11 N/mm²; chipboard, moisture resistant: 14 N/mm²; MDF: 20–22 N/mm² (dependent on thickness specified).
  • Modulus of elasticity (to EN 310): Chipboard, standard: 1350–1800 N/mm²; chipboard, fire retardant: 1350–1800 N/mm²; chipboard, moisture resistant: 1950 N/mm²; MDF: 2200–2500 N/mm² (dependent on thickness specified).

  • Edging cohesion (to EN 14323): ≤10 mm.

  • Abrasion resistance (to EN 14323): Plain colours: ≥150 revolutions; printed: <50 revolutions.
  • Scratch resistance (to EN 14323): ≥1.5 N.
  • Stain resistance (to EN 14323): Class 3.
  • Colour fastness under artificial light (to EN 438-2-27): 4–5.
  • Antibacterial properties (to JIS Z 2801): >99.9% reduction.


Sanitized coating:

Antibacterial silver ions integrated into the material which are activated on contact with humidity. Suitable for wall coverings in public places where bacteria would usually rapidly develop.


Excluding Polyrey Touch Range and Metal Laminates.

  • Chipboard, standard grade: Available in 8, 12, 16, 19, 25 and 30 mm thickness.
