Permavent Class B W1 Breather Membrane - B-s1,d0 Fire Rated Walling Membrane

A class B-s1,d0* fire rated membrane for use in walls.

Features and benefits:

• Provides high vapour permeability (0.07 Sd to BS EN 12572) and superior water resistance (class W1).
• UV and heat resistant.
• Can be used in all walling applications and has been specifically designed and developed for use in timber frame, light steel gauge, modular building and high rise construction. 
• Delivers first line protection to the external of the building during construction against driving rain, and wind-blown snow providing protection to the interior of the building.
• The high water vapour permeability provided ensures water vapour can pass through the structure safely into a vented cavity.
• Can be paired with Envirotect AVCL 150 Reflect (specified separately).

*Note that class B-s1,d0 fire rating requires the substrate directly behind the membrane to be class A.

To be fitted on the cold side of the building insulation in accordance with NHBC and BM TRADA recommendations and the manufacturers instructions.
