Application
If PREFLEX 300 GUN GRADE is being used then a follower plate should be inserted into the can of mixed sealant. The PREMCRETE 600ml bulk sealant gun should then be inserted onto the follower plate and sealant should be extruded into the gun, the nozzle can then be screwed onto the gun and sealant can be applied to the joint.
If PREFLEX 300 POURING GRADE is to be used, then the metal can may be kinked to form a spout before pouring the sealant into the joint. Alternatively, a suitable pouring jug may be used.
Description
PREFLEX 300 is a two-part polysulphide joint sealant which is available in pouring and gun grade. It is supplied as a two-component sealant which is mixed and applied to movement and expansion joints in both vertical and horizontal applications.
