Extruded polystyrene (XPS) board with integral high density skin to match the thickness of an adjacent Quantum Vacuum Insulated Panel. Infill zones installed to areas where VIP cannot be accommodated.
Used to infill at perimeters and around penetrations in conjunction with ProTherm Quantum ‘Hybrid’ and ‘Pure’ VIP insulation boards, ProTherm Infill Boards are an all-round thermal insulation board with smooth surface and overlap.
Ensure a complete design of a ProTherm Quantum system is completed by our in-house design team by submitting a scale 2D layout with any roof penetrations (service pipes, balustrade posts, rainwater outlets) clearly marked. U-values are calculated based on a ratio of Quantum VIP to XPS infill, so a detailed scheme is essential.
