Application

  • Suitable for application to concrete, masonry, brick/ blockwork and mild steel.
  • Can be applied to floors, walls and ceilings, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Can be used as a thin-section repair mortar for discrete patch repairs, for filling of blowholes and other imperfections and as a reprofiling mortar or fairing coat over large areas. 
  • Suitable for vertical and horizontal applications.

Description

Repair mortar for application in thin layers, the filling of blow-holes or imperfections in concrete to produce a smooth surface. It is a blend of Portland cements, graded aggregates, lightweight fillers and chemical additives to which a controlled amount of clean water is added in situ. It conforms to the requirements of BS EN 1504-3 Class R4 and can be used as a scrape-coat, brush or trowel applied and placed in thicknesses of 0–5 mm.
