Designed for heavy-duty outdoor use. Suitable for a wide range of access control requirements. Suitable for doors where escutcheons/cylinders cannot be fitted, e.g. automatic doors, barriers, elevators, shutters or speed gates where control must be boosted by online real-time access control.
Description
Hard wired wall reader used as an update terminal in a SALTO Virtual Network (SVN) to write updated access rights information onto the carrier. The wall readers read encrypted data contained on the carrier and communicate it to the door controller. They also allow for updating of the carrier via SVN technology, making it possible to cancel lost or stolen cards remotely.
