Stöbich System: Ecotube - Fireproof Pipe Closure

The Stöbich Ecotube conveyor fire protection system pipe shield is suitable for both positive and negative pressures as well as a variety of conveyed goods. In contrast to conventional protection dampers, the Ecotube pipe shield is not permanently exposed to the flow of conveyed material. Instead, the casing pipe segment is pushed out to make room for the shield damper. The advantage: This avoids friction or soiling of the closure element caused by the flow of the conveyed material. The closing process is triggered by the fire detection elements.
