Application

For ventilating boilers, stoves and fires, HETAS approved for use with solid fuel appliances.
As a plastic component this item is not suitable for use within the external walls of high-rise buildings requiring non-combustible materials.

Description

Plastic, telescopic cavity liner set with external cowl for ventilating boilers, stoves and fires, compliant with BS 5440-2.

Features and benefits:

External cowl protects against excessive weather conditions and alleviates air blasts through the cavity.
Telescopic cavity liner contains an internal baffle to reduce light and draughts.
Finished with a fixed open flush fitting louvre ventilator internally.
External water baffles prevent transfer of water across the cavity.
Cowl, air brick and louvre grille UV stabilized to slow down the effects of sunlight.
