• Supplied in 25 kg paper bags or 1.05 tonne pallet (42 x 25 kg bags).
• BBA certificate UKTA 23/7000.

Consumption:

• 6–7 m² (3.6–4 kg/m²) for fully bonding the EWI insulation.
• 9–10 m² (2.5–2.7 kg/m²) for spot bonding the EWI insulation.
• 4.2–5.4 m² (4.5–5 kg/m²) as a 3–4 mm mesh reinforced base coat.
• 4.2–5.4 m² (4.5–5 kg/m²) as a 3–4 mm dash receiver.
• 3–4.5 m² (5–8 kg/m²) as a 4–5 mm mesh reinforced base coat.
• 2.6–3 m² (8–9 kg/m²) as a 5–6 mm mesh reinforced base coat.

Manufacturer guidance

Insulation boards are to be additionally secured to the substrate using specified thermally broken external wall insulation fixings, typically installed at a ratio of six to seven fixings per square metre or five fixings per insulation board.

The fixing type and length is determined by the substrate and the insulation thickness.

AVN glass reinforcement mesh:

• Approx. 50–100 m² per 20 litre container applied as one flood coat.
• Minimum 0.20 L/m² for non-porous substrates.
• Up to about 0.40 L/m² for porous substrates.

Consumptions may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate to be treated and the application process.
