Vebro Polymers Variant:

A seamless, water-based, flexible, liquid-vinyl, polyurethane comfort resin flooring system with a pigmented, water-based UV seal coat.

Application

  • Poured liquid polyurethane comfort floors, sometimes known as liquid vinyl or liquid linoleum, are increasingly being used in commercial venues – healthcare environments, sporting facilities, wellness centres, office developments and mixed-use, multi-occupancy spaces.
  • The material is applied using a a notched steel trowel with tooth size no. 25 onto a primed concrete substrate or cementitious levelling screed before being spike rolled to release any entrapped air.
  • Once the resin body coat has cured and hardened, an aliphatic pigmented or clear polyurethane seal coat is applied.

vebroflex Comfort UV / UV Plus and Decorative UV Plus is a seamless, multi-layer, flexible, polyurethane comfort resin flooring system with a pigmented UV seal coat.

vebroflex Comfort UV is a liquid-applied, environmentally friendly alternative to vinyl floor coverings, providing a hygienic finish as well as an elastic cushioning effect underfoot.

Guidance for specification option:

Scatter final coat of primer with vebro 52 Silica Sand ( while still wet). Allow to cure.

24 hours (light foot traffic); 72 hours (wheeled traffic).

Full chemical cure in 5 days.
