K Systems P Silicone, Phenolic with Silicone TC thincoat External Wall Insulation (EWI) system

Additional notes: The K Systems P Silicone external wall insulation system is a high-performance, light-weight system based on highly thermally efficient phenolic insulating panels that offer thinner insulation thicknesses than the majority of other insulants. The system is suited for the upgrade of existing buildings (refurbishment) and for new buildings, particularly where high levels of thermal performance are required. The System is suitable for a range of masonry and concrete substrates. The Silicone TC render system offers the best in thincoat render performance, being resistant to water but breathable and durable, preserving the long term aesthetics of the property. The system achieves an A2-s1,d0 fire rating.
