Lucent House, Hackney

OVERVIEW

Lucent House is a redevelopment scheme of nine residential flats ranging from one, two and three bedrooms with a commercial unit on the ground floor. This six-floor development with a penthouse occupying the top level, offers private balconies or terraces to all apartments. Each home is built with natural light and space at the heart of the design, the name Lucent was chosen to reflect this central theme. Offering access to the city via convenient transport links, the abundance of greenery is overwhelming.

Cellecta Gobi G2-25 was specified by Manor Architects due to it being the ideal solution to level an uneven concrete separating floor and provide all the benefits an underfloor heating system can deliver, with the added advantages of rapid heat transfer capabilities and outstanding acoustic performance.

Goldrose Sharpe Developments was supplied 1,000m² of Cellecta products to develop these flats in Stoke Newington in Hackney.
