Steel firm Capital Coated Steel invested £3.5m to acquire and refurbish their new headquarters and production base in Newport. The 130,000 sq ft former steel works will consolidate three existing businesses under one roof and significantly increase capacity. With a tight project deadline, Capital approached Hemsec to supply them with our External panels, recognising their excellent thermal performance values and superior smooth surface finish.

The first major cheese production investment in the UK for 40 years has led to the construction of a new £6 million facility for South Caernarfon Creameries Ltd. The cheese production unit at SCC’s Chwilog site near Pwllheli, was officially opened by the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall in 2016.

A brand new state-of-the-art further education building within Blackburn College campus will offer over 65 specialised teaching spaces to accommodate I.T, creative arts, fashion and textiles, photography, childhood studies, health and social care and public services, as well as a library, multi faith prayer rooms and an exhibition space. Constructed over 16 months at a cost of £18.3million, the 8600m2 building is finished in a striking blue stainless steel.

A new waterside 'floating home' residential development project in Grafhorst, Netherlands, with attached jetty. The houses have three storeys separated by concrete floor decks, which are supported by structural timbers within the SIP panel joints. The project is finished in Timber cladding.

A new build house in Woolton, Liverpool, on a garden site. The house is comprised of a two storey, rendered bedroom block sat atop a solid, long-format brick living block. The ground floor steps down to provide increased-height primary living spaces, on a level with the south­ west facing rear garden.
