The internal space is significantly greater than traditional brick-and-block, and Hemsec’s unique range of panel sizes means even greater design freedom to use thinner panels to free up more space, and the thickest panels available in the UK for the highest levels of thermal performance. 

The high-quality structural strength of Hemsec’s panels means it is possible to design large roof spans with no need for additional roof trusses; this feature is conducive to creating additional space and light.

Hemsec’s robust structural testing regime is central to its brand strength. Its products are tested for fire, acoustic and thermal properties. The company manufactures both steel- and timber-framed insulated panels and its OSB/3 timber is PEFC accredited.
