Panel Systems are a leading manufacturer of bonded structural panels with fifty years' experience of serving the Construction Industry.

Our range of insulated panels includes fully tested A2 non-combustible panels for glazing and curtain-walling applications.

Standard insulated panels are manufactured for low -rise glazing applications, flooring, soffits and parapets.

Manufacturing Expertise

An automated spray line and manual spray operation ensures flexibility and consistency in applying adhesives.

Panel pressing is via large vacuum presses and bag presses.

Metal fabrication services includes guillotine, press brake, CNC punching and welding.

Other manufacturing services include hot-wire foam cutting, CNC routing in 3 & 5 axis

Our CAD facilities are extensive and include 2-D systems alongside 3-D packages such as Solid Works.

Logistics

Our own transport ensures rapid and safe delivery to mainland UK.

We are able to offer additional services including hi-ab and flat bed for specific needs.

The Environment

At Panel Systems we are committed to sustainable working practices that benefit our environment. This includes recycling waste which is collected and used in other manufacturing processes. Plastics and foam are cut and recycled and our offices are committed to paper waste reduction. We also work with environmentally friendly products such as Ravatherm XPS, which offers very low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Zero Ozone Depletion Potential.
