A thermoplastic waterproofing membrane with XP technology core.
Suitable applications include:
A 1.5 mm nominal thermoplastic membrane reinforced with a 90 g/m² polyester reinforcing scrim, integrally bonded to an XP Technology Core. Polymer technology provides performance in a wide range of ground contaminates, including high-salinity conditions.
The barrier performance starts with a thermoplastic membrane with welded seams, providing a monolithic watertight barrier layer. The thermoplastic membrane is reinforced with a polyester reinforcing scrim and is produced with DuPont’s Elvaloy-KEE® (Keytone Ethylene Ester), a solid phase high molecular weight ethylene interpolymer.

Accessories | Not required. Adhesive SB-100. Guidance for specification option: Adhesive for securing COREFLASH membranes to various substrates, including cured concrete, wood, metal and cementitious boards. Akwaswell. Guidance for specification option: Hydrophilic polyurethane caulk used for detail work including pipe penetrations. Cetseal. Guidance for specification option: A multipurpose UV stable single component polyether moisture cure sealant/ adhesive. Primary applications are ground termination sealant, membrane lap sealant and water-stop adhesive. Corecap Tie-Back Covers. Guidance for specification option: Preformed non-reinforced thermoplastic flashings, designed to provide a welded thermoplastic cover over tie-back heads on property line shoring walls; three preformed sizes available. CORECAP(s) used in conjunction with same size rigid TB-Boot. Coreclad. Guidance for specification option: 0.6 mm thick stainless steel sheet laminated on one side with thermoplastic polymeric coating for flashing applications and termination details. Coredisc. Guidance for specification option: COREDISC is a nominal 100 mm round x 1.5 mm nonreinforced thermoplastic disc. COREDISCS are used for T-joint patches and to repair small punctures in the PVC membrane. Coreflash. Guidance for specification option: 1.5 mm thick reinforced thermoplastic membrane (yellow top coat and black bottom coat) used for non-exposed detail and flashing applications including curbs, walls, field wraps, butt joints and patches. Coreflash NR. Guidance for specification option: 1.5 mm thick UV stable non-reinforced extruded white thermoplastic membrane used for detail and flashing applications including curbs, walls, field wraps and patches.
