Application

Steel reinforcement is set up throughout the area. C35 concrete is then poured encasing the underfloor heating and mesh.

Once the surface has been levelled a dry shake colour surface hardener is applied to the surface to create endless colour options.

The surface is then powerfloated/ polished to create a completely unique surface with depth and natural variations.

Crack inducement joints are then cut and the floor covered and protected whilst curing.

The floor is left to cure for a minimum of 28 days.

The final process is sealing the floor which is done once all buildings works have been complete.

Two coats of sealant are applied in the desired finish.
