Application

Suitable for use in insulated wall, roof and floor applications, where there is a high risk of interstitial condensation occurring.
Particularly suitable for use in metal profile clad industrial buildings, and other commercial properties.
It can also be used in all insulated building constructions, such as flat roof applications ( internal installation only )

Description

A premium specification reinforced and foil laminated polythene membrane for use as an internal Air & Vapour Control layer (AVCL). Has excellent moisture vapour resistance and is suitable for use in insulated walls, floor or roof applications where there is a high risk of interstitial condensation occurring.

Tough, tear-resistant reinforced multilayer polythene laminate with an aluminium foil core.

Tape:

For professional installation, all Novia® VCL products should be fully sealed to the structure using a Novia® double-sided butyl tape and one of the foil or 'BOPP' overlap tapes.
To achieve the best results, Novia® recommends 30mm wide butyl tape and 60mm metallised 'BOPP' overlap tape for all standard VCL installations.
