Pozament CemThix jointing grout for precast construction

Pozament CemThix Installation Grout is a high early strength, thixotropic grout designed for grouting of vertical, horizontal and overhead joints between linked precast wall segments and structural support of precast panels.

Its thixotropic properties allow it to flow freely while being pumped, but to gel quickly once in place. Depending on mix consistency, the placed product will resist flow through gaps of up to 20 mm.

High strength jointing grout:

• Achieves an impressive strength gain of 27 N/mm² after one day, 48 N/mm² after seven days and 70 N/mm² after 28 days.

Fast-setting jointing grout for precast construction:

• The thixotropic and shrink resisting properties mean that it flows freely while being pumped into place but will set and remain in place without shuttering once pumping is complete.

Jointing grout with resistance to hydrostatic pressure:

• Depending on mix consistency, once in place, it will resist flow through gaps of up to 20 mm, making it a versatile solution for joint sealing.

Shrink-resisting jointing grout:

• As a shrinkage compensated grout, it will form an effective seal on precast joints. 

Chloride-free jointing grout:

• As a chloride free jointing grout it can be used safely in contact with steel bolts and reinforcement.
