Description

Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer for use in laminated safety glass.


High adhesion: Specially designed for laminated safety glass, made with heat strengthened or tempered glass. It reduces the risk of edge delamination. Good post breakage and structural properties.


  • Excellent acoustic performance. Sound reduction: 36–50 Rw dB, depending on composition (film and glass thickness).
  • Optic: Risk of orange peel.
  • Ball drop performance: P2A.
