World of Volvo -> Partition Wall and ceiling panels

Lindner Group

Lindner played a decisive role in this visionary project: the mainstructure – consisting of the main and pavilion façades as well as theroof construction – was made entirely from laminated timber, emphasising the sustainable project approach. Inside, the timber construction continues with 3,000 m² of acoustic panels between the main columns and wall panelling. These are particularly aesthetically pleasing and ensure optimum acoustics in the experience centre. Lindner's creative solutions also included spectacular spiral staircases with balusters and suspended wooden ceilings. The entire project was planned in 3D in order to precisely check all installations and connections. The design of the acoustic panels was particularly challenging, as the distance between the pillars in the tree trunks varied and the construction was made more complex by additional loads

Lindner Group

The Lindner Group took on a key role in the construction of the MOL Campus. Around 33,000 m² of the FLOOR and more® G40 hollow floor was installed in the high-rise building. The entire system complies with the REI 60 fire protection requirements and can therefore withstand a potential fire for a full 60 minutes, which makes a huge difference in an emergency. In addition, Lindner installed around 1,200 m² of NORTEC control room systems for the server rooms. The implementation of the project required extremely precise coordination on site, especially in close cooperation with electricians and other trades. In addition, there was a particularly tight schedule: At times, up to 2,500 m² of floor were delivered per week. However, with excellent teamwork, these challenges were quickly overcome and the project was completed within a very short time.

The unique character of the atrium is highlighted by 58,000 linear metres of RIBline wall and ceiling cladding in the public areas, which Lindner IPC realised for the project. The slats in real wood veneer are particularly convincing due to their sustainable gypsum core, which makes the system fire-resistant according to EN 13501. This feature also minimises smoke development and prevents dripping, facilitating the evacuation of the building. The FGD gypsum used in the cladding is also made from waste paper and is 100% recyclable.Additionally, Lindner cooling ceilings over an area of 16,000 m ensure a consistently pleasant indoor climate in the office and rental spaces.Completed WorksPartitionsWall and ceiling panels RIBline Timber Slats Wall RIBline Timber Slats Ceiling Ceilings Heated and Chilled Post Cap Ceilings Plafotherm B 100 ® Luminaires System luminaires for metal ceilings

The International Rugby Experience in the Georgian Quarter in Limerick, which is in honour of the worldwide game of Rugby, combines culture with pleasure and is a real visitor experience. It was particularly important to the architects and builders that the building fits perfectly into the traditional cityscape: To guarantee authenticity, historical town houses in the traditional Georgian style were studied in advance. The architectural style was implemented in detail, using brick and concrete elements in the interior and exterior of the building.Lindner Group won its first major hollow floor project in Ireland with the contract for this floor trade. In collaboration with the architects from Níall McLaughlin Architects and the Irish business partner Cableplan, Lindner supplied the FLOOR and more® G40hollow floor. The special feature is the clinker bricks, typical of the Georgian style, which were laid on the floor system using a special laying method. The area combines a new bus terminal regional buses and city buses, a Park & Ride car park with around 600 parking spaces and two office buildings with a total area of approx. 8,000 m². With the help of charging points for electric cars, a small kiosk and high security measures at the bus station, the project aims to make the switch from car to public transport more attractive. Lindner Group was involved in the development of the office space. The originalcontract covered the floor and partition trades, including the installation of the NORTEC raised floor with fitted carpet and the use of timber and glass partitions. These were complemented by matching door systems and wooden wall claddings. Due to thecustomer's high level of satisfaction with Lindner's services, the order was quickly extended during the interior fit-out work: As a result, Lindner realised impressive Ecophon acoustic baffles for the meeting rooms. In addition, mobile partition walls should now find their way into the 4th and 7th floors. The room height of over 5 m on the 7th floor made the installation challenging: However, thanks to the static design and subsequent execution of a steel construction clad with plaster, the connection of the 4m high partition wall could be carried out without any problems. Another highlight of the interior fit-out are the wall absorbers in the meeting rooms, which also serve as acoustic pictures. The perforated CPL panel was created in cooperation with Topakustik using a new production method. The perforation pattern corresponds to a Morse code, which stands for the Luxembourg national anthem.
