Underscreed acoustic impact improvement systems to isolate a concrete or liquid screed.
To be used on concrete, beam and block, hollow core, in-situ and all other types of concrete structural subfloors, for conversions, refurbishments or new build.
The Isocheck Re-Mat Base 3, 6 and 10 under screed impact improvement systems are designed to reduce impact sound transmission through all types of structural concrete floors where a screed floor finish is also required.
The Isocheck Re-Mat Base comprises a reconstituted bonded rubber layer that has been designed to be placed within a masonry structural floor directly below the screed, to isolate the screed from the structural subfloor.
By ensuring that all the joints are taped, bridging will be eliminated which is the single greatest cause of failure of any system of this type.
