Anhydritec Gyvlon XTR FD E2C

Gyvlon® XTR® FD E2C® is a fast-drying liquid screed suitable for areas with increased loading, such as retail spaces, hospitals, and Lewis steel decking, enabling floor covering installation from 1.5% moisture content (MC), and delivering C35-F7 strength with efficient, stable application.

Design minimal thickness:

• 30 mm - unbonded screed.
• 35 mm - floating screed (domestic).

Maximum moisture content of substrate:

• Carpets: Suitable from 2% moisture content (MC), excluding bonded carpets.
• Tiles: Suitable from 1.5% MC, to be used with a suitable primer.
• Vinyl: Suitable from 1.5% MC, including a vapour barrier and smoothing compound; Allow 1% MC for direct bond.
