High performance damp-proof membrane.
For use as a proprietary floor membrane that will resist ground moisture and rising damp. The membrane is suitable for use in most domestic, commercial and industrial buildings that are not subject to hydrostatic pressure.
The 300 and 500 µm membranes meet the requirements for use as a gas control membrane against radon or on gas contaminated land in accordance with the recommendations published by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and the Building Regulations (E&W).
Hydroprufe DPM is a high-performance damp-proof membrane which is manufactured from a blown film of extruded low-density polyethylene.
It is available in a range of nominal thicknesses and is designed to provide an effective barrier to ground moisture and radon gas.
